Loyalty is a core module in [Cevoid](https://cevoid.com), a brand engagement platform for ecommerce. It provides a full rewards program engine with purchase incentives, engagement activities, points and tier systems, redeemable rewards, and on-site program widgets. ## Purchase incentives Reward customers with points when they make purchases. Cevoid handles currency conversion and calculation automatically across all connected markets. ### Reward spend Define your own rules for how orders convert to points. Configure earn rates per currency, per market, or globally. ### Tier multipliers Higher-tier members earn more points on every order. Multipliers are applied automatically based on the member's current tier. ### Campaign boosters Run time-limited or product-specific point multipliers. Double points on a product, a collection, a weekend, or any custom criteria. ## Activities Activities keep customers engaged between purchases. Members complete tasks and earn points or rewards. ### Single-task activities Create activities where members complete a single action (e.g., follow on Instagram, answer a question, submit a photo) and earn a reward. ### Challenges Create multi-task activities with multiple requirements. Members must complete all tasks to earn the reward. Use challenges to collect data, generate content, and build engagement. ### Competitions Run competitions with defined requirements, rewards, and time limits. Use the content and data generated by participants. ### Available tasks 50+ task types including: post on Instagram, answer a question, submit a photo/video, visit a page, enter a preference, refer a friend, subscribe to email, complete a survey, and more. ### Profile properties collection Use activities to collect zero-party data from members. Ask about preferences, sizes, interests, and other properties.
