# Profiles – Cevoid

> One unified view for every contributor. Track activity, content, program membership, and custom properties across UGC, Loyalty, and Reviews — all in one place.

Profiles is a platform feature in [Cevoid](https://cevoid.com), a brand engagement platform for ecommerce. It provides a single, unified profile for every person who interacts with your brand — whether they submit UGC, join your rewards program, leave a review, or all three.

## Profile pages

Each profile page shows a complete view of a contributor's relationship with your brand.

### Unified identity

When a customer posts UGC, leaves a review, and joins your program, Cevoid creates one profile that captures all their activity. No duplicate records, no fragmented data.

### UGC portfolio

Every piece of content a creator has shared with your brand — Instagram posts, Reels, mentions, direct uploads — is visible on their profile. You can use a profile as the source for an ambassador gallery.

### Program activity

Full history of a member's journey through your rewards program: points earned and spent, activities completed, rewards redeemed, and tier progression. Adjustments can be made directly from the profile.

### Review history

Once the Reviews module launches, all reviews left by the customer will appear on their profile alongside their UGC and program activity.

## Profile properties

Profile properties are custom data fields you define and collect from your customers. They power personalization across Cevoid and your marketing stack.

### Define your properties

Create custom properties with various field types: text, numbers, dropdowns, measurements (length, weight). Define exactly what you want to know about your customers.

### Collect through your rewards program

Use the Loyalty module's activities, challenges, and surveys to collect profile properties. Customers share data and get rewarded for it — making your program a zero-party data engine.

### Display alongside UGC

Show profile properties (height, skin type, style preferences, location) next to UGC posts. Helps shoppers see themselves in your content and makes UGC more relatable and useful.

### Sync to your CRM

Profile properties sync automatically to your CRM (Klaviyo, Voyado) and e-commerce platform. Use the data for email personalization, segmentation, and targeting.

## Profile management features

### Search and filter

Find any profile in seconds. Filter by properties, tier, segment, label, or search by name. Choose which columns to display in the profile table.

### Segments

Group profiles dynamically based on filter criteria (e.g., "Gold tier members who submitted UGC in the last 30 days"). Segments update automatically as profiles change. Use segments to target activities, rewards, and communications.

### Profile labels

Add custom labels to any profile (e.g., "Ambassador", "VIP", "Priority Account"). Labels are manually applied and useful for internal organization.

### Profile data & event sharing

Profile data and events sync automatically to your CRM and e-commerce platform. Supported sync targets include Klaviyo, Voyado, and Shopify (as customer metafields or tags). Events include program joins, tier changes, activity completions, and reward redemptions.
