# Reviews – Cevoid

> A new standard for product reviews. Automated collection, custom questions, surveys, and on-site review widgets. Currently in development.

Reviews is an upcoming module in [Cevoid](https://cevoid.com), a brand engagement platform for ecommerce. It will provide automated review collection, custom review questions, surveys, and on-site display widgets — designed to put the real customer voice at the center.

## Status

Reviews is currently being built. The module is not yet available for general use. Interested brands can join the waitlist at [cevoid.com/reviews](https://cevoid.com/reviews).

## Planned capabilities

- **Automated review collection**: Send review requests to customers after purchase, with configurable timing and follow-up sequences
- **Custom questions**: Go beyond star ratings with custom questions tailored to your products (e.g., fit, quality, would-recommend)
- **Surveys**: Collect broader feedback beyond individual product reviews
- **On-site widgets**: Display reviews on product pages with customizable layouts and filtering
- **Review translation**: Reviews translated to the visitor's language using AI, with the original text accessible
- **Profile integration**: Reviews are connected to unified customer profiles, alongside UGC and loyalty activity
- **Incentivized reviews**: Reward customers for leaving reviews through the Loyalty module

## How it fits into Cevoid

Reviews is the third module in Cevoid's brand engagement platform, alongside UGC and Loyalty. All three modules share the same profile system, localization infrastructure, and integration layer. A customer who submits UGC, participates in your loyalty program, and leaves a review has a single unified profile.
