Profile Properties

We're introducing Profile Properties, one of the most important building blocks in Cevoid for turning community engagement into useful first-party data.

Profile Properties are custom fields on every profile, so you can collect the attributes that matter to your brand and use them across Cevoid and your marketing stack. Define text fields, numbers, dropdowns, and measurements like length, height, and weight. Capture fit and style details such as size, skin type, hair type, and preferences, or create your own fields for the questions you want to ask.

Collect this data through your Loyalty program with activities, challenges, and surveys, then sync it to tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, and Voyado. The same properties can also appear on gallery posts, so shoppers see helpful context like height, size, or skin type next to UGC and can find content that feels relevant to them. Length, height, and weight values are stored consistently and shown in units shoppers understand based on their market.

Set up your properties in Settings › Properties, then turn on gallery visibility when you are ready to show them on UGC.
