Overview

Connect Cevoid with Salesforce Commerce Cloud through a product feed integration. Sync your product catalog to Cevoid so you can tag UGC posts with products and display product information in your galleries.

How it works

Product catalog sync — Import your Salesforce Commerce Cloud product catalog into Cevoid using a product feed. Products become available for tagging UGC posts, enabling shoppable galleries that link directly to your product pages.

UGC galleries — Showcase user-generated content on your storefront. Embed Cevoid galleries using the general implementation method to display shoppable UGC across your site.

Configure

Navigate to Settings → Products and markets in Cevoid. Connect your Salesforce Commerce Cloud product feed to sync your catalog. Once products are synced, you can tag UGC posts with products and create shoppable gallery experiences. For embedding widgets, follow the general implementation guide in the Cevoid documentation.
