Overview
Cevoid's Shopify integration connects your store with both the UGC module and Loyalty module. Sync your product catalog for product tags, track purchases for your rewards program, share profile data back to Shopify, and add widgets to your storefront without writing code. The integration works with both separate Shopify stores and Shopify Markets, allowing you to localize all consumer-facing solutions.
How it works
Product catalog sync — Your product catalog syncs automatically from your connected Shopify stores. Products are available immediately for tagging UGC posts and displaying product information in widgets. You only need to tag a product once — it automatically displays the correct price, currency, and link for each market.
UGC galleries — Add UGC widgets to your Shopify store with prebuilt theme sections. No code required. Product page galleries and collection page galleries update dynamically for each product or collection.
Purchase tracking — Automatically track orders from your connected Shopify stores. Reward purchases with points and progress members through tier milestones. Configure which orders to track and when they are processed.
Discount code rewards — When a member redeems a discount code reward, Cevoid automatically creates the discount code in your Shopify store with the correct currency for each market.
Profile data sharing — Share program data back to Shopify as customer metafields or tags, including membership status, tier, and points balance. Use this data to personalize your storefront or build customer segments.
Rewards program widgets — Add program widgets like loyalty panels, points displays, and referral tools using prebuilt Shopify theme sections. All widgets work with both legacy and new Shopify customer accounts.
Configure
Install one of Cevoid's Shopify apps from the Shopify App Store — the UGC app or the Rewards program app. Once your workspace is set up, you can install the other app on the same store and it automatically connects to the same workspace. For additional stores, navigate to Settings → Products and markets and click Add store.
